Amity AC Soccer Club is located on Amity Park Road in Douglassville, PA. We offer recreational and travel soccer for boys and girls. Check out our FAQ's: 1- When is reistration for soccer? Registration for spring soccer is in January. and registration for the fall is in April.
2 - Where do I register? All registration is done online at the soccer website www.amityacsoccer.com.
3 - When are the seasons? The spring season games runs from mid March until late May. The fall season games runs from early Sept. until early Nov. 4 - When does practice start? This varies for rec and travel. In the Spring our travel player will normally start in early March. Our rec players will start toward the end of March. For the Fall the travel players could start as early as the beginning of Aug. if they are playing tournaments. Most rec. players won't start until the beginning of Sept. 5 - I registered but haven't heard from my child's coach? In the Spring for rec. players won't hear from your coach until March. Players will not be contacted until the teams are divided and coaches found for the teams. In the Fall you won't hear from your child's coach until late August. Again after teams are formed and coaches contacted.
6 - What age does my child have to be to play? We have teams starting at U4 (under 4 years old) so this means that kids can start at 3 years old. We have teams as old as U17 playing so if there are enough kids they could play up until 16 or 17 years old.
7 - What does my child need to play? - The only requirement is every child must have shin guards and a ball. We recommend soccer cleats for when the fields get wet, and yes the kids will play in some rain. 8 - Where are the games played? The games are played at the Amity AC fields.
