The Amity Township Athletic Club, Inc.(Amity AC) is a non profit organization dedicated to youth sports in Amity Township, PA. We offer sports programs in Basketball, Lacrosse, Soccer and Swim Team. Amity Township Athletic Club To Sponsor Varsity Tennis Teams At Daniel Boone.
The Amity AC is proud to announce another opportunity for Boone students to play a great sport. Beginning in Spring 2012, Daniel Boone will offer tennis as a varsity sport to high school boys and girls.The boys’ season will be in the spring and the girls will play in the fall.
Two "fun" clinics will be conducted for anyone interested in becoming acquainted with the game of tennis. The clinics will be held on Saturday January 21st and on Saturday, January 28th at 2 - 3:30 pm at Hillcrest Racquet Club in Exeter (Near the Boscov’s Store, 4401 Perkiomen Ave.¨Reading, PA 19606).The clinic will be free of charge to any Daniel Boone high school students.
Have you registered for Spring 2012 Soccer?
Just a quick reminder that spring soccer registration is still open! On-time registration will close on February, 1st. Registration fees after this date will increase 10%. Don't delay! The Spring season will start in March (weather permitting) and be approximately 6-7 weeks long. For the first time ever, Spring Recreational Soccer will include 2 training sessions with the Atlantic Soccer Factory! Mark your calendars! Youth Lacrosse Clinic to be held on March 3rd, 2012 !
The DB HS Lacrosse team will host a Youth Lacrosse Clinic on Saturday, March 3rd. The event will be held at Daniel Boone High School Turf Stadium from 12:30pm to 4:00pm. The clinic is open to 1st -8th graders; beginner to experienced players. The registration cost is $25.00 per player, $15 per additional family member. This is a great opportunity to learn the sport or prepare for the upcoming season. It is also a major fundraiser for the DB HS Lacrosse team to raise funds needed for the 2012 season.
