Applying for a credit card merchant account is easy. Just log in to your tcteams.com club or league website, go to either the Registration Page or the Tournament Registration page and click on theSet up your online credit card payment solutionlink. From there, you can download the Merchant Account application along with step-by-step instructions for applying and setting up your account.

1American Express and Discover card discount rates are set by each of these companies respectively and may differ from the Visa/Mastercard rate for qualified transactions. Non-qualified transactions are subject to a higher discount rate and transaction fee.

2Explanation of the Monthly Processing Minimum - This is the minimum amount that you will be charged in relation to the Visa/Mastercard discount fees. You will pay either the $25 monthly processing minimum OR your Visa/Mastercard discount fees (2.54% x sales), whichever is greater. For example, if you process $500 in Visa/Mastercard credit card transactions, the Visa/Mastercard discount fee would be only $12.70 (2.54% * $500), which is less than the $25.00 monthly processing minimum, so you would be charged an additional $12.30 for that month. If, however, you processed $1,000 in Visa/Mastercard transactions, the Visa/Mastercard discount fee would be $25.40 (2.54% * $1,000), which is greater than the monthly processing minimum, so there would be no additional monthly processing minimum charge.
