SAN ANGELO CUP 2009 - Finals
Game #5, Cruz Azul U9 vs. Lubbock Strikers,
This was a tough, tough game, this is why we work so hard during the season and it paid off, the girls stepped up big time playing hard nose defense and did not allow the Strikers to get into their running game. We out played and out hustled them to every lose ball. Our D did not allow a shot on goal during the game and with about a minute left in the game Erica sneaked a goal through their very good goalie... Hats off to the Strikers, Good Job ladies for both teams... Great Tournament Victory for Cruz Azul...
