Collection and Use of Information

General : Tohickon Creek does not collect any personal information from users navigating the Tohickon Creek Web site, unless such users become Tohickon Creek Registrants or Administrators pursuant to the Tohickon Creek Registration Agreement (see discussion below). However, we collect information regarding the pages you have visited and the contents of those pages, any information you input, your referring URL or IP address, your time of visit and related session information, your requested page, Web browser type, USR agent, status of request (successful reply), number of bytes in the response, and query string. We use this data to better understand Web site usage in the aggregate so that we know what areas of our Web site users prefer. This information is stored in log files and is used for aggregated and statistical reporting. This information does not identify individual visitors and Tohickon Creek will not attempt to match this data with individual users.

Please be aware that different information policies apply when (1) you are visiting and/or using Club Site pages, (2) you are visiting and/or using Team Site pages, (3) you view advertisements displayed on the Tohickon Creek Web site Club Site and Team Site Web pages, and (4) you visit any third party Web sites which are linked from the Tohickon Creek Web site, a Club Site or a Team Site. In the case of (4), the information collection, storage, and usage practices of those third parties often are outside of our control and are not covered by this privacy policy. Tohickon Creek and its owners disclaim any liability whatsoever for any losses, damages, or violations of your privacy or other rights that may relate to the foregoing, and you hereby release Tohickon Creek and its owners from any such liability.

Registrants : If you become a Tohickon Creek Registrant, we will collect the following information from you:

• Name of your organization and/or team, if applicable
• Names of the administrative contact for the Registrant’s account (as well as the telephone number, fax number, postal address, and email address of such contact)

We use this information to communicate with Registrants regarding their account activity, for billing purposes, and to inform Registrants about any changes and/or improvements to the products or services that Tohickon Creek provides.

Administrators : If you become a Tohickon Creek Administrator, we will collect the following information from you:

• Name of your organization and/or team, if applicable
• Your name
• Telephone number
• Fax number
• Postal address
• Email address

We use this information to communicate with Administrators regarding their account activity, and to inform Registrants about any changes and/or improvements to the products or services that Tohickon Creek provides

Club Site Members : Tohickon Creek does not collect any information regarding Club Site members (except for Registrants and Administrators and aggregated information, as described above).

Team Site Members : Tohickon Creek does not collect any information regarding Team Site members (except for Registrants and Administrators and aggregated information, as described above). However, Registrants and Administrators shall have the ability to collect and use information from Team Site members. This information will be used solely by the Registrant and/or Administrator pursuant to policies created and posted by such parties within their Team Site pages

Services and Registration Data
In order to access certain Tohickon Creek products and services made available through the Tohickon Creek Web site (“Tohickon Creek Services”), you may be asked to provide registration data through an online registration process. You will then be supplied with a "login" and "password." The information collected may include your name, address, telephone number, email address, subscriber name or "screen name," areas of interest, and/or password used to access the Tohickon Creek Service. Tohickon Creek reserves the right to request any additional information necessary to establish and maintain your account for use of the Tohickon Creek Services.

The above-described registration data is the property of Tohickon Creek. Tohickon Creek maintains a secured area on the site for transmission of registration data, and stores all registration data in a database that is subject to industry standard security protection.

Tohickon Creek will not sell, rent, share, swap or otherwise disclose your registration data to any third party.

We may send registration data to third-party subcontractors and agents that work on our behalf to provide certain services. These third parties do not have the right to use the registration data beyond what is necessary to assist us. They are contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality and security of the registration data and are restricted from using such information in any way not expressly authorized by Tohickon Creek.

Tohickon Creek reserves the right to use your registration data to send you information about Tohickon Creek, the Web site, and Tohickon Creek Services.

Children
Tohickon Creek products and services are marketed for purchase by adults or with the consent of adults.

From time to time, parents and guardians allow their children under the age of 18 to browse the Tohickon Creek Web site and to use Tohickon Creek Services. To the extent that any children access or use Team Site or Club Team Site services, Registrants and Administrators of such services are required by their Registration Agreement to comply with applicable consumer protection and privacy laws with respect to the collection and use of personal information regarding children.

General
Use of the Tohickon Creek site is conditioned on your provision of requested information in an accurate and truthful fashion. If you choose not to provide such information, you may not be able to access some or all of the Tohickon Creek Web site. You may cancel your account by contacting Tohickon Creek customer support at cancel@tcteams.com and by following the policies and procedures set forth therein. Once Tohickon Creek has finished processing the cancellation, Tohickon Creek will delete, subject to applicable law, all your registration data from its database.

Tohickon Creek may release registration data when we believe, in our good judgment, that such release is reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce or apply the terms of any of our policies or registration agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Tohickon Creek, our users, or others.

Although Tohickon Creek will use all reasonable efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of the registration data, transmissions made by means of the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be secure. Tohickon Creek has no liability for disclosure of registration data due to errors in transmission or unauthorized acts of third parties.

Changes to Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy was last changed on July 22, 2005. Tohickon Creek reserves the right to modify or amend this policy at any time by posting the revised Privacy Policy on our site. The changes will only affect the information we collect after the effective date of the change to our Privacy Policy, unless we clearly express otherwise. The changes made in this July 22, 2005 version affect all information we have collected prior to such date.
