The 12th Annual Rampage Classic has teamed up with the Weber County Fair August 7 – 10, 2013. All games will be played at the Weber County Fair Grounds. Trophies will be given out to the first place winner of each bracket, medals for 2nd place finishers, T-shirts for all players and coaches gifts for every team.
Every player will receive complimentary gate pass for each day of the Fair and parents will receive one day gate passes. There will be lots of venders, food, and activities for all ages, what a fun way to end the summer.
Fields: All games will be played at the Weber County Fair Grounds.
Date/Time: Tuesday, August 6, 2013, 6:00 to 9:00 pm.
Location: Weber County Fair Grounds, 1200 Fairgrounds Drive, Ogden, UT (Google map).
** The following documentation will be required at the time of check-in. ** Please put all player documentation in alphabetical order. ** Your team will NOT be approved to play until ALL documentation is provided. ** No players are allowed to double roster for this tournament.
UYSA Affiliated Teams
Official Team Roster: One (1) copy of Official UYSA/Affinity Roster (does not need to be signed by the registrar). This copy will be kept by the tournament committee.
Tournament Roster: 6 copies of your completed Tournament/Travel roster (or player cards for out of state teams). Players or coaches without photos on their tournament/travel rosters WILL NOT be eligible for play. No picture/No play.
A copy of a player registration form/medical release for every player. A Guest player form for any or all guest players (player action form) No more than 3 guest players for U10-U11 or 5 guest players for U12 and older will be allowed. This will be strictly enforced. Guest players are defined as players that are not listed on your 2013/2014 team roster.
Player Participation Forms: Every player (including guests) MUST have a player participation form (UYSA registration form). The form must contain signed consent for medical treatment. These forms will not be kept by the tournament committee.
Teams must check in with the Field Rep at their scheduled venue at least 30 minutes prior to each game time. At this time, player equipment will be inspected, players will be checked via the travel roster, and any other necessary instructions will be given. The referee must have the two teams’ travel rosters in his/her possession during the game.
