CBAA TOPSoccer Member Registration
Register Now for Spring 2013 TOPSoccer
Attention all players and volunteers:
Please click the button below, or log in as a returning registrant, and fill out the Registration form completely.
Please register by Sunday, March 17, 2013 so that we have time to order uniforms and equipment.
Our fun and games sessions will be held at Holicong Park in Buckingham Township from 10:00am until 11:00am starting Saturday, April 6. We hope to get 9 sessions in this season. The complete schedule will be available shortly.
Uniforms and Jerseys
If you were a buddy during the Fall 2012 season, please do not order a new jersey when you register -- just select the "NO JERSEY NEEDED" option. All players will be getting new uniforms for the spring season, so be sure to fill in the player's size.
Volunteers Needed
If you are registering as a volunteer only, be sure to select the "Volunteer Registration" option from the "Program" list on the registration form (Your medical insurance information will not be needed, so feel free to enter "N/A" when requested). Of course, we encourage all parents to sign up as volunteers when you register your child.
Buddies are needed !
| What do Buddies do? | A Buddies responsiblity will be to "buddy up" with one of the players as they participate in the activities set up by the coaches. You should be at least 14 years of age to be a buddy. You do not need to have any soccer experience or experience working with special-needs children. CBAA will provide you with training prior to the start of the season. All buddies will receive t-shirts, so be sure to select a t-shirt size if you weren't a buddy in the fall. |
Sponsors and Donations Welcome:
There is no registration fee for the TOPSoccer program, but we need your financial assistance to make this program a success. Please consider making a donation to this program when you register. If you do not have a child in the TOPSoccer program, please be sure to select "Sponsor Registration" from the Program list on the online registration form (Your medical insurance information will not be needed, so feel free to enter "N/A" when requested).
