The impact test and physical must be completed before tryouts or you will not be allowed to participate.

Impact Test Dates

July 21st 5-8pm

August 1st 10am-2pm

• Freshmen, Juniors and anyone new to the program must take the test.

• Athletes must arrive no later than 20 minutes prior to the end of the session or they will not be

admitted.

• They must have the test prior to the first official day of practice.

• There will be no tests given the first week of two a days.

• If you cannot attend one of these times, you need to go to St. Vincent Sports Performance to take

the test. Call 415-5747 to make arrangements.
