Green/White Scrimmage-Cookout Info
Please take the time to read through all of the information and return forms on Saturday. All of the forms are time sensitive and must be completed by Saturday, August 9th. If you can’t be there on Saturday, please make arrangements to complete and return the forms before Saturday.

Saturday, August 9th at the St. Vincent Stadium (ZCHS football field)
The Green/White Scrimmage, Cookout and Parent Meeting is our annual gathering of student athletes, parents and coaches to preview all teams in intersquad scrimmages and to participate in the cookout immediately following the games. It is a great opportunity to meet all of the other parents and the coaching staff.
WHAT TO BRING
Varsity Parents
Allen – DaPuzzo = salads
Eckhart – Watkins = desserts
JV Parents
Bachaus – Hill = side dishes
Hockema – Wilson = chips
C Team Parents
Bailey – Englert = vegetable or fruit tray
Hobic – Wiebke = water bottles or gatorade
*Please make sure that you bring enough to share. There will be coaches, players, parents, and siblings.
**There will be coolers with ice available for the water bottles.
WHAT IS PROVIDED
Hamburgers, hotdogs, buns, toppings, condiments, paper products
Schedule of Events
4:00 pm – Arrival of parents and players. Parents fill out/turn in forms, and payment of soccer booster club fees. Players begin warm-ups.
4:15 pm – Parent Meeting.
4:30 pm – Intersquad scrimmage begins. Food served for parents.
Players served food at completion of scrimmage.

Soccer Booster Form and Fees

Soccer Booster fees are $225.00. The fees are used to cover the soccer package (t-shirts, shorts, and socks), green/white cookout, away game meal (Subway and Gatorade), Eagle Classic, photographer, senior night, end of season banquet…..
Subway Sandwich Form
A portion of booster club fees purchase Subway sandwiches and drinks for all away games. Please fill out the Subway order form and return on Saturday, August 9th.

Warm-Up Order Form
ZCHS no longer supplies the athletic teams with warm-ups. Warm-ups are available for purchase but are not mandatory. If you would like to purchase warm-ups, please fill out the warm-up form and return on August 9th. Payment due at placement of order. August 9th is the last day order forms will be accepted. The order will be placed on Monday with the vendor to get the warm-ups back as soon as possible.

Player T-Shirt and Sweatshirt Order Form
T-Shirt and sweatshirts from this form are only available to the players if they wish to purchase these items. Payment due at placement of order. August 9th is the last day order forms will be accepted. The order will be placed on Monday with the vendor to get the products back as soon as possible.
