Eagle Classic September 26^th and 27^th.

We will be hosting the Zionsville Classic on September 26^th and 27^th. This has grown into an outstanding event. As in the past, we will need help from each family in the program to make this event successful

1. We need the family of each player to volunteer for at least one time slot. We have a few extra jobs this year so please consider volunteering for a second slot. 3. We will need each family to donate a snack or water/sport drinks for the hospitality room in the ZYSA club house. The donation schedule is Seniors - water or sport drink; Juniors - fruit; Sophomores - salty snacks; Freshmen - sweet snacks. You can deliver your donation to the Clubhouse between 3:30 to 5:30 on Friday September 26, 2014.
4. Finally we will need 4 pop up tents and 4 large coolers. If you can lend one or more of these items for the tournament weekend please let me know. rjordan@zcs.k12.in.us
