Summer Weight Lifting
ZCHS has hired Josh Jones to be the new Strength and Conditioning Coach. Mr. Jones has created a summer weight lifting program for the boys soccer program. Our summer weight lifting dates are on Tuesday and Thursday 7/7, 7/9, 7/14, 7/16, 7/21 and ending on 7/23 from 1:00 to 2:00pm. All weight lifting sessions will be held in the new weight room.
