Eagle Fest Volunteers

This is a fund raiser for all athletics (not just football).

The boys soccer team was assigned set up for Eagle Fest

We need people (parents) from 6:30 - 8:00 at Jennings Field on Thursday night (8/25) to help put up the fence and move the bleachers.

Eagle Families,

We need your help! Each year the Zionsville Athletic Booster Club (ZABC) puts on Eagle Fest and the families of athletes volunteer to make the event happen. We are still in need of volunteers and supplies for this year. Each shift is only 90 minutes long and runs from 4:30-6:00 P.M. or 6:00-7:30 P.M. The second shift is almost always done early enough to be in the stands for the start of the football game.

Volunteers will get into the event for free but will need to purchase a ticket if you plan to eat. We need approximately 175 volunteers to put on the event and we currently only have a handful. We need help in ALL areas!

The funds that are raised from Eagle Fest are given to the Athletic Departments at ZCHS, ZMS and ZWMS. These monies help pay for equipment, uniforms, referees, maintenance of the fields and many other items.
