Summer Weight Lifting Schedule
All weight training sessions will be led by Strength Coach Williams. For those that have not been in any weight lifting sessions with Coach Williams, you must attend only one of his weight room orientation sessions before you will be allowed into any weight lifting sessions. Orientation sessions are on June 3rd or June 10th starting at 6:00pm and ending at 7:00pm on both nights.
