Parents,

I have overlooked and have not gotten the information about EagleFest 2013 out to everyone. EagleFest will be held before the football game on Friday, August 23^rd from 5-7pm at Jennings Field (just west of the football stadium). EagleFest is sponsored by Zionsville Athletic Booster Club. Funds raised will be used to support the athletic programs at the high school and middle schools. This event needs volunteers to make it successful. The boy’s soccer team is expected to have at least 12 volunteers. Please follow the link to volunteer for EagleFest www.mysignup.com/eaglefest Volunteers can be parents and high school age students.

Hi!

My name is Sharon Vlasak and I am coordinating volunteers for EagleFest 2013 which will be held on August 23^rd from 5:00-7:00 pm. As you probably know, the proceeds of this event benefit not only Zionsville Community High School’s Athletic Department but also ALL athletic programs at BOTH Middle Schools. We are hopeful that this year will be the biggest yet which means that we are asking for volunteers from ALL teams who will benefit from this year’s success. Given that, we will need at least 4 parent and/or high school age students from EVERY High School and Middle School team. Please forward this email to your team managers/parents/players. For those of you who coach a Winter or Spring sport, please forward this email to last year’s managers/parents/players.

IT’S TIME FOR EAGLE FEST!

Be sure to attend Eagle Fest 2013 on Friday, August 23 from 5:00-7:00pm at Jennings Field (across from the football stadium). Eagle Fest kicks-off the 2013-2014 school athletics season and has been a Zionsville tradition for 30 years! Sponsored by the Zionsville Athletic Booster Club, funds earned from Eagle Fest support athletic programs at Zionsville Community High School, Zionsville Middle School and Zionsville West Middle School. Join the fun with music, games, dunk tank, bounce houses, talent show, appearances by cheerleaders/dance team/marching band, youth sports clinics, dinner from Texas Roadhouse and more! Advance tickets are available at Kern Bros. in Boone Village and the ZHS Athletic Department ($6 each). You can also purchase tickets the night of the event at the Eagle Fest gate ($8 each). Support our student athletes and plan to attend. We hope to see you there!
